Return Path buys deliverability community site has been acquired by Return Path. In a post on the blog Matt Blumberg (Return Path CEO) notes that the company has acquired as it has been focused on educating the people in the industry about email deliverability related topics, including  issues, policies and practices.
The post further continues on the fact that Return Path buys with regards to any changes. For now, the only new or extra plans are to contribute more expert content to the website. Furthermore, the post states that the site stays editorally independent from Return Path:

Our priority is to maintain the integrity and mission of by keeping it editorially independent from the rest of Return Path, and to operate transparently and openly. That includes making sure that authors and audience members are always the first to know about anything new. We’re looking forward to supporting’s continuing development.

The blog has seen a string of high quality posts regarding email deliverability best practices and related things in recent years. People from the email marketing industry like Fred Tabsharani, Dennis Dayman and Spencer Kollas have contributed to the deliverability blog over the years.
