Message Systems acquires Port25 Solutions, Inc. in a stock and cash deal. Port25 Solutions is known for its PowerMTA email delivery software product. Message Systems is the world’s biggest email infrastructure provider.
Port25’s technology, customer base and staff will be combined into Message Systems as a stand-alone business unit that will continue to focus on serving the medium-to-large-sized sender market. The entire Port25 Solutions team will remain on staff at the company.

For some the Message Systems company may not be known by name, but it delivers an impressive 20% of all legitimate email worldwide. Clients include Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter as well as many ESPs (Email Service Providers). These include Eloqua, Epsilon, Infusionsoft, Maropost, VerticalResponse, Yesmail and Delivra.
The fact that Message Systems acquires Port25 Solutions allows the company to offer email delivery and infrastructure to companies of all shapes and sizes. From startups to mid-level, from larger corporations to big senders: this includes cloud and on-premise solutions.
